Photoshop. Probably something like 9 hours? It's hard to say, I worked on it on several different nights over several weeks (months?). I forgot I even had it until yesterday.

I know this is late but jesus christ this art really conveys just how terrifying a guy like Dio would be in real life, I no joke actually got scared and uncomfortable in my seat just with that cold unfeeling stare. Bruh you might have already left this site but this is probably the most perfect representation of Dio art could ever show.
